For years now, we’ve all heard the argument that there’s no point to fighting in the NHL. Most advocates seeking to abolish fighting from the game, hold firm on one point – it doesn’t lead to wins.
The enforcer (goon) is starting to vanish from the NHL. Recently, we saw Colton Orr and Frazier McLaren sent to the minors. The more we look around the NHL the less we see players whose sole purpose is to fight. Read more
